Shipping & Handling

We are extending the Free shipping offer. BigAdultStore.com is giving free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $49.99. No Promo code is needed. For orders under $50 shipping is calculated in real-time based on the weight and destination of your shipment.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of items using standard shipping to the USA. Allow longer for international shipments. If your order is returned to us because of an error on your part such as you typed your address incorrectly, or if your package was refused or was unable to be delivered, you will have to pay for the cost to re-ship your package. If you choose to get a refund instead, you will be charged for the cost of shipping/handling plus a 20% restocking fee. PLEASE make sure your address is correct so we can avoid any shipping errors. Also, when shipping to other countries, if the package has to go through customs, it is the responsibility of the customer if the package is confiscated and for any customs fees. The customer should be aware of the regulations/restrictions for their respective country.

Orders are processed as they are received. After our orders are processed, they are sent to our warehouse for packing/shipping. Our warehouse has a cut-off for orders at 11AM PST. Orders received by the warehouse by the cut-off will be prepared for shipping the next business day. Most orders are shipped the same day the warehouse receives them, although sometimes they ship the following day. Please plan on in-stock orders shipping within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and/or follow your preferences as indicated on your order. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.

Returns

Due to health regulations and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. Therefore all sales are final. Defective items will be replaced with the exact same model only for 30 days after purchase with original packaging. There are no exchanges or returns of videos or DVD's, defective items will be replaced with the exact same title only. Any returns of defects must be approved in advance and must be unused items with complete packaging. Please contact our customer service department for more information. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping/handling fee.

Payment

We accept several forms of payment. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Plus, we now accept PayPal for payment for your sex toys! We also accept checks and money orders. If paying by personal check, we must allow 7-10 days for the check to clear before we can ship your order. Cashier's checks and money orders allow for quicker shipment. If you choose to pay by check or money order just choose that option at check out and the payment instructions will be on your receipt.

Paying by check or money order is easy. Print out your order page that shows the items you are ordering, your total amount and your shipping information. Then, write a check to MSB Networks Incorporated for the total amount of your purchase and mail the printed page along with the check to:
